At Indian Blocks Print, we aim to offer you a smooth and reliable shopping experience. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to raise a return or exchange request.

Important: An opening/unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened and the product inside. Requests without this will not be accepted.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
In original packaging with saree bag, tags, and labels intact
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Requests raised after 48 hours or without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to initiate a return

Please share your order details along with clear images/videos of the product and the issue. Once your request is reviewed, we will guide you with the next steps. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return charges
A standard return fee of ₹299 will be deducted from your refundable amount
Charges may increase for heavy parcels (above 2kg) or multiple items
Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product. In such cases, a maximum of ₹150 will be provided as store credit towards shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For any such claims, an unboxing video is mandatory showing the product at the time of opening.

Since all our products are handmade, minor variations in print, color, or weave are natural and not considered defects. Slight color bleeding in hand-block printed products is also normal.

Products with torn fabric, large faded areas, or major visible damage are considered defective.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

Custom or altered products (fall, pico, pre-drape)
Bandhej & Leheriya sarees
Hand block printed sarees (only returnable in case of defects with video proof)
Products purchased using store credit
Accessories (earrings, wallets, notebooks, gift boxes, keychains)
Items marked as “Sale” or “Last Chance”
International orders

Blouses are not returnable. They can only be exchanged in case of size or fit issues.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the exchange is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (where available). The exchanged product will be dispatched after we receive the original item.

Items once exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in case of:

Wrong product delivered
Missing item in the order

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method after a 3% deduction towards payment gateway charges.

For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Refund timeline

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you about the approval status.

If approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the amount.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us on the same email thread.

Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24–48 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).

A 3% deduction will be applied on prepaid orders towards payment gateway charges.

Cancellations are not applicable on items listed under the “Last Chance” category.

We deliver domestic orders within 5-7 business days from the date of order and International orders within 8-12 business days from the date of order.

Here are some care instructions to help you maintain your cotton saree:

1. Hand wash your cotton saree in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid using hot water or bleach, as this can damage the fabric and cause it to lose its colour.

2. Gently wring out excess water from the saree and hang it up to dry in a shaded area. Do not use a dryer or hang it in direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric to shrink or fade.

3. Iron the cotton saree on a low heat setting, taking care not to apply too much pressure. Avoid using a high heat setting, as this can damage the fabric and cause it to lose its shape.

By following these simple care instructions, you can keep your cotton saree looking vibrant and beautiful for years to come.

This is a handcrafted product. Slight imperfections are a sign of authenticity and adds to the unique charm and beauty of the product as these products are created by skilled artisans who put their heart and soul into every saree they create.

There may be a slight variation in the colour of the product due to differences in screen brightness and resolution. We do our best to ensure that the images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.
