We offer a hassle-free 5 days returns and exchange for products. Raise your return request within 5 days of receiving the shipment by mailing us at indianblocksprint@gmail.com
with your Order Number, Name and Phone number and send us pictures of the damage or defect. We will either provide you with a product replacement, or a refund/credit note for the remaining amount.

Since our products are handmade, minor variations in print or colour are a part of the human process and are not considered a defect. Products with major visible areas of faded colour or torn products are deemed defective and are eligible for return. Colour bleeding is normal for hand-block printed products and is NOT considered a defect.


Once we have received the returned products a quality check will be done by our team. If the returned product is found intact, a refund will be processed. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products, not the shipping and/or COD charges.

We deliver domestic orders within 5-7 business days from the date of order and International orders within 8-12 business days from the date of order.

Here are some care instructions to help you maintain your cotton saree:

1. Hand wash your cotton saree in cold water using a mild detergent. Avoid using hot water or bleach, as this can damage the fabric and cause it to lose its colour.

2. Gently wring out excess water from the saree and hang it up to dry in a shaded area. Do not use a dryer or hang it in direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric to shrink or fade.

3. Iron the cotton saree on a low heat setting, taking care not to apply too much pressure. Avoid using a high heat setting, as this can damage the fabric and cause it to lose its shape.
